We would need to see your Driving Licence Photocard we would need to see the actual licence front and back.

If you have a paper licence you will need the paper licence and a current passport

You will need 2 proofs of address that match your licence address We cannot insure you without this.

You can change your licence address online with the DVLA at https://www.gov.uk/change-address-driving-licence?

It is free to do and the legal part of your licence is changed the next day , all we will need is the email from the DVLA confirming your application and your old licence.

We require 1 document from list A and 1 document from either list A or B we are perfectly happy for you to email us a PDF.

The documents do need to be dated no more than 3 months before the date of the hire ( we make an exception for the council tax only which needs to be this year)

List A

Bank Statement, Mortgage statement, HMRC self assessment/tax credit, Credit Card Statement, Gas, Electric, Water Rates Landline Phone Bill and Council Tax only (they can be in joint names but they do need your name your partners name on its own will not be acceptable)

List B

Shotgun Licence,   payslips, mobile phone bills, pension letters and loan statements

Commonly we are offered insurance documents Car registration documents and invoices we are unable to use these as proofs of address unfortunately.
